The history of the inn at the golden cross in Feuersbrunn begins in 1896. At first it was a rudimentary village tavern and service area for carts, then under Isabella and Gerhard Bauer a sought-after point of contact for a well-kept tavern kitchen. Since 1994, the two innkeepers have been focusing on a lot of hospitality, Austrian specialities and delicacies from the Wagramer region. The fine-fruity wines from the family winery enjoy an excellent reputation, while seasonal delicacies are prepared in the game and goose dishes. Roast onions with fried potatoes are a good choice all year round on the menu. Also the fried carp with wild garlic - or asparagus risotto convinces with freshness and quality. The desserts are dominated by the Feuersbrunner pancakes with apricot jam, nuts and chocolate sauce.
