A big pot on the cooker, boiling water and a hefty pinch of salt - now all that's missing are the protagonists: At the Langegger-Hof, it's the homemade pasta that gives the traditional inn an individual touch. Ruth and Manfred Tastl have met the taste of their guests with the pasta manufacture "Tasti-Pasti". The pasta with the hearty chilli-bacon-tomato sauce is a harmonious delight. The slight spiciness provides a tingling experience on the tongue. However, other dishes embody the inn character. For example, the oven-fresh roast pork and the bacon lentils with bread dumplings, which speak for a classic inn visit. The small but excellent beer and wine list is influenced by the region.
Sunspot at the Langegger Farm
The building itself was constructed in the 16th century and is deliberately historic with its impressive vaulted ceiling. On no less than two floors, you can choose from generously designed rooms in the Langegger-Hof. Not surprisingly, the inn has been a popular establishment for family celebrations, birthday parties and christenings since 1993. Guests are greeted by a field of sunflowers during the summer months. Always facing the sun, the plants radiate warmth. This can also be felt in the shady guest garden. Here, in the midst of nature, the freshly prepared dishes are best consumed. Always worth a visit is the pilgrimage church of Maria Langegg, a favourite destination in the region.
