In some cases, grandma Poldi’s recipe list is consulted and the guests benefit from this wealth of experience. The family-run tavern is well known for roast pork from the wood oven, served with potato dumplings and cabbage salad. From the river, fried brown trout is usually the preferred choice. For the desserts, the apricot dumplings seduce the palate of the most demanding gourmets.
