With a unique focus on climate-friendly sustainable viticulture, Christian and Petra Mößlinger present climate-positive wine in their "Fanny.Wine Vino-thek" in Stratzing, which opens in 2021. Their Grüner Veltliner and Blauer Zweigelt are thus considered Austrian pioneers of this sustainable style. Thus, the family continues the century-long winemaking history of their village in the district of Krems-Land in the most modern way.
On offer are not only sustainable wines as well as Frizzante and noble brandies, but also other regional specialties such as honey or handicrafts. In addition commented tastings or delightfully authentic Riedenwanderungen - gladly also with open air snack - stand on the program.
Incidentally, the name of the vinotheque refers to the so-called "Fanny" - her famous archaeological excavation, which was found at the end of the 1980s as Venus vom Galgenberg during construction work.
