The Ploiner family's picturesque vineyards stretch across the best sites of the Wagram in the renowned Donauland - Wagram wine-growing region. The family cultivates their wines from the Floss, Scheibe, Diebstein, Schafberg, Hammar, Brunnthal, Reich and Hochrain vineyards with passion and care. A high standard is achieved through quality-conscious work, from pruning in winter, to foliage work in spring and summer, to the care of the vineyard and the harvest. The grapes are harvested by hand in several passes in the fall in order to obtain grapes of the highest quality. Fermentation takes place slowly in wooden and stainless steel tanks in order to obtain well-kept wines.

Hot and cold delicacies are served in the Ploiner family's wine tavern. Every year a special 'Gans'l essen' is organized and the new wines are presented. Regional game and fish specialties are also offered. The new vintage and regional specialties can be enjoyed in spring. A visit to the Ploiner family is an unforgettable experience for wine lovers and connoisseurs of regional cuisine.
