    Turn-by-turn directions

The tour starts at market square in Maria Laach. You follow the main road directon Zeißing, shortly after you turn right and on your right you see the famous gothic pilgrimage church. Passing the cemetery you leave the village, walking gently down through a christmas tree plantation until country road. After crossing Klafterbach (creek) and the country road the way leads up to Litzendorfer Kreuzstöckerl (wayside shrine). A little bit later you reach hamlet Litzendorf, where you turn left and keep following the main road through the village. Through blooming fields the way leads in a big bend via the Jauerling plateau. At the triangle crossing you stay on the right angle walking towards an old farm called Schleinkhof. There you can also find the stamp station. Now in curves and through the woods the way leads down to Aggsbach Markt. Via so called Schmuckstraße you reach the first houses and continue your way into the village. Directly in front of the rails you follow the road to the right towards the picturesque church. Taking the left, parallel to Endlingbach (creek), shortly after you reach market square end of the walking tour.
