The Landgasthaus Böhm in Weinzierl presents itself down-to-earth, harmonious and extremely tasteful - both in the kitchen as well as in the service. The family-run country inn is dedicated to traditional tavern cuisine. Nevertheless, Michael Böhm surprises with ingenious food creations that bring the world to Tullnerfeld. In the service, Maria Böhm provides a relaxed feel-good atmosphere and is happy to advise on the choice of suitable wines.
Classic dishes and creative reinterpretations are not mutually exclusive, as the team at the Landgasthaus Böhm demonstrates time and again. The kitchen line by Michael Böhm is convincing and has already been awarded with two hoods. The lunch menu and the seasonal dinner menu use regional and seasonal ingredients. This is a matter of course at the Landgasthaus Böhm.The saffron-chili fish soup with shrimp is a hot candidate for the favorite soup. If you like it classic, you should choose the beef soup. The Wiener Schnitzel from veal and the fried beiriedschnitte are complemented with corn chicken and organic sea bass. A well-known and popular classic of the flour cuisine is Böhm’s Topfenstrudel.
Traditional roots, modern zeitgeist
The history of the house can be traced back to 1920. Since 1979, the Böhm family has been the first address for pleasure seekers in Weinzierl. Maria and Michael Böhm have been running the family business since 2008. The country guest house can accommodate up to 80 guests and can cater for up to 110 people with good food and excellent drinks in the Laubenhof, the large guest garden.
