The Flea in Langenlebarn is an excellent tavern of the finest variety, awarded with 3 caps according to Gault Millau. This is mainly due to the owner. Josef Floh, usually seen with a straw hat, is not only an excellent chef, but also an innkeeper by conviction. Together with his wife Elisabeth, he serves a memorable tavern cuisine in the organic-certified farm. Value-oriented and committed to sustainability, the host couple has been focusing on quality own products since 1994. In addition to knives and forks, the guests at Donaugartl are served the garden shears so that they can harvest the treasures from the herb garden themselves. What the flea does not produce comes from the region.The elementary rule is: meat, vegetables & co. have their origin within a radius of 66 kilometers. The wine list is in its best form, with more than 2,000 items.

Pioneer of sustainability
Despite fine cuisine, the flea has a cozy tavern atmosphere. This also applies to the summer branch, the Donaugartl - a natural oasis in which for a short time the tavern cuisine moves into the background. This is coming back impressively: the topinambour cream soup with topi chips and coffee bean oil as well as the tatar from the beet variety are leading in the category "Garden, field and meadow". Also worth mentioning are the flea goulash, the fried duck liver or the dry-aged beiried. For a longer experience, it is worth visiting the flea market. Products such as oils, bacon, wine, pasta, cooked and pickled vegetables can be easily exported to the home.

The charging of electric bicycles is only possible during opening hours free of charge in the guest house. Socket is hidden under the flower boxes on the wall to the left of the entrance in the inn (plug: 1x Schuko)
