With over 150 years of experience in viticulture, the Waldschütz family has developed a deep understanding of their vineyards, which is reflected in powerful wines with distinctive aromas typical of the grape variety and region.

The wines are the result of an earthy wine tradition based on loess and primary rock. The typical terroir characteristics from both wine-growing regions are harmoniously combined at the winery: The mineral spice of the Kamptal primary rock meets the fine fruit and fragrant nuances of the Wagram loess soil.

The classic ageing process in stainless steel tanks allows the wines to develop an aroma that is particularly typical of the variety and region.
