The ship ‘Regentag’ is a floating work of art by Austrian artist Friedensreich Hundertwasser. Built in 1910 as a motorboat, Hundertwasser acquired the ship in 1968 and had it rebuilt in Venice. After a voyage across the Atlantic, the ‘Regentag’ has been moored in the guest harbour of Tulln on the Danube since 2004. Following extensive restoration work, the ship has been open for tours again since summer 2024.
Public arrival is easily accessible by train or bus.
