Let’s start with what is already clear in the name: The Landgasthof zum goldenen Hirschen is one of the best addresses when it comes to game. Roe deer, wild boar and pheasant decorate the menu in the family-run inn in Bierbaum not only seasonally. Throughout the year, a variety of wild creations are served. The fish dishes are just as great. They also prove that the kitchen of host Stephan Solich is multifaceted and should not be reduced to game dishes alone. Finally, nougat dumplings with nut crumbs and fruit pulp are sweet on the palate.

The country inn to the golden deer, a tavern like from the picture book.The service is friendly and competent.The portions on the plate lush. The two large dining rooms with natural wood elements and a ballroom for about 150 people are inviting. In the lovely garden, three deep-rooted plane trees provide shade during the summer months. The pilgrimage church of Maria Trost or DIE GARTEN TULLN are worth a trip, and you can also spend your holidays comfortably in the country inn.
